Order Cancellation:
Customers may cancel an order by logging into their thangalsjewellery.com account before the product is invoiced.
Cancellation is not possible once the product is invoiced.
Made-to-Order Products:
A timeline of 15 – 25 days is provided for made-to-order products, with the tentative delivery date mentioned during the order placement.
Cancellation is not allowed for Made to Order products.
A 10% to 15% variation in weight or finish may occur in made-to-order products. Customers will be contacted for final adjustment amounts.
Advance Amount:
Customers cannot claim interest on the advance amount paid.
48-Hour Delivery:
48-hour delivery is subject to product availability and select serviceable pin codes.
Cookies:
When leaving a comment, users may opt-in to save the name, email address, and website in cookies, lasting for one year.
The login page sets a temporary cookie to determine if the browser accepts cookies, which is discarded upon closing the browser.
Upon login, cookies are set up to save login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, screen options cookies last for a year. The “Remember Me” option extends login persistence to two weeks.
Editing or publishing an article results in a cookie with no personal data, indicating the post ID. It expires after 1 day.
